PART 3 · LESSON 27 OF 30 · 40 MINUTES

It's About Time

On a Saturday evening in March, Mateo, Sarah's surf teacher from the coast, finally comes to Oaxaca, with his surfboard, just in case. Say it's about time, you'd better, just in case and you never know, ask what someone thinks and give your opinion, show a friend around the city, and invite him to visit you in Seville.

THE STORY

It's Saturday evening, March 20th, at Camila's cafe, Two Mountains. The door opens, and in walks a tall, sunburnt young man in a red cap, with a backpack, and a surfboard under his arm. Six hours in a van over the mountains, three hundred curves, and more than two hundred kilometres from the nearest wave. It's Mateo. This is the conversation you'll be able to say by the end of the lesson.
