THE STORY

The science room of the middle school in Mapo on the Thursday of science week in December, forty-five minutes, the second-years in rows, two balloons on the desk, Vice-principal Oh in the last row. Eli speaks politely to the class as their teacher; the student speaks politely to him; Vice-principal Oh speaks formally.
