THE STORY

Mrs. Park's flat in Mangwon-dong on a May evening, a table of side dishes, Eli's parents just in from the airport and speaking English, Eli putting everything into Korean. Eli is respectful to Mrs. Park; she speaks politely to him; Su-a and Eli speak casually to each other.
