PART 1 · LESSON 4 OF 30 · 40 MINUTES
Not How Did It Go
Saturday, January 26th, the day of the exam. At a quarter to eight, Rosario is at the door, as she promised, with a sandwich and a rosary. Five hours later, the doors open, and Julian has orders not to ask a thing. Talk about an exam once it's over - how did it go, I'd rather not talk about it, don't even ask, my mind went blank once, I breathed deeply and carried on - and guess where someone is right now.

THE STORY
It's Saturday, January 26th, 2030, a quarter to eight in the morning, at the door of a university building in Seville. The exam starts at eight, and lasts five hours. Rosario is there, as she promised, with Pepa beside her, and Nerea and Alvaro arrive together. At half past ten, Julian, Rosario and Pepa are in a cafe across the street, and Rosario tells the story of her own exam, again. At one o'clock, the doors open. This is the conversation you'll be able to say by the end of the lesson.
