PART 2 · LESSON 20 OF 30 · 30 MINUTES
A Cold Night
Uncle Boon's stall at one in the morning at the end of November, the first night of the cool season: it's late, closing, go home; it's so cold; cold to death, say, or terribly; terribly cold, a bit windy; a bit? the wind's just like a knife; I thought Bangkok wasn't cold; cold for two weeks and talks about it for two months; bottom line, the Captain lost, sweet dreams: intensifiers after an adjective, and the late-night words.
